 There is standard equipment in the house for which we aim to provide you with information and advice on their proper use. If necessary, read the manuals and quick guides available via the link.

Washing Machine

The washing machine is outside to the right, outside the kitchen. Read the manual to get a perfect wash and avoid damage. The manual is in the second drawer from the top in the black and wood cabinet in the living room.

Apple TV and Alexa

You can use them for Apple TV, but you must enter your credentials for streaming channels like Netflix or Prime. The remote controls are in the living room near the TV.

Curtains

The curtains are motorized; the buttons are in the center of the exterior wall. Please close the curtains in case of rain or wind, otherwise they will be damaged, and costs will be charged.

Closed Cabinets

Some cabinets are closed and not accessible; they contain equipment and items for the vacation home's maintenance. Do not force them, there are many other spaces you can freely use.

Induction Hob and Microwave

Even here, read the user manual if you have never used an induction hob; however, it's simple: turn it on, place the pot, set the heat level. The same goes for the microwave located in the living room.

Air Conditioning

Properly use the centralized air conditioning system by first turning on the central unit and then the splits in each room. Turn off the central unit when you are away from home. The control panel is in the hallway between the living room and bedrooms.

Waste Collection

In Castiglione, there is separate waste collection, and some street containers require a badge to be used. The "6CARD" card is in the key box to the left upon entering, the box with the sea photograph.

Electrical Panel and Meter

The electrical panel is to the right of the kitchen door in the living room; to see it, you must close the sliding door. The main meter is in the wall where you park your car.
