House Rules En

To ensure everyone has a pleasant and carefree stay, we have prepared some simple rules. Adhering to these guidelines will help us maintain the harmony and comfort you expect.

Peace and quiet in the evening

Our area is renowned for its peace and quiet, especially in the evening. We kindly ask you to avoid noise and disturbances that could bother the neighbors. Loud parties and persistently barking dogs are not allowed out of respect for public peace and to avoid disturbing the local residents.

Tips for an optimal stay

Feel free to pick up and read the books available in different languages, perhaps relaxing on the hammock, swing, or sun loungers on the lawn. At the back of the house, you'll find a grill perfect for tasty fish barbecues. We have three showers, including a convenient outdoor shower that doesn't need cleaning after use. Regarding air conditioning, the system is centralized: activate the central heat pump and then the units in the desired rooms. It is essential to turn off the central system when you leave the house to avoid excessive consumption and condensation. Please also close the curtains in case of wind or rain to prevent damage, for which penalties may be applied. A vintage radio, Alexa, and a TV are also at your disposal.

In case of problems or emergencies

Don't worry if you encounter any problems during your stay, whether it's a malfunction or an emergency. Your point of contact is Mrs. Angela. For any needs, do not hesitate to contact her at 320 0739056. She will be happy to assist you promptly.

Our Story

What makes this property unique

Castiglione della Pescaia is a typical Italian village on the sea, which for years lived only from fishing and from the 70s onwards lives from tourism. The house is not in the village but just above the medieval castle, the choice to stay here is due to wanting to be out of the summer crowds and being able to experience the place admiring it from above. Here you have cool air and tranquility. You go to the village for dinner or shopping and, if you wish, you can walk through the medieval village. The house has a swing on the terrace and a sturdy hammock in the garden to enjoy the view and the cool breeze. In the garden there are two orange trees, a bougainvillea and other flowering plants, but the entire road and the whole hill are full of truly lush and colorful vegetation, making it a particular place different from the usual seaside locations.

Stefano is the host

I live in Florence and have spent many wonderful holiday periods with my family in Castiglione since the 70s, I have sailed almost the entire Tuscan archipelago. I chose this property because I am fond of these fascinating places that I now know very deeply and I want to maintain them in the best possible way, I also feel the need to change, so sharing them is a pleasure for me.
